   MICRO TEACHING                

Micro teaching was introduced by Allan, Royan in 1963 at Stanford University. In India micro teaching introduce in the year of 1967 by Diwari by the Allahabad Government. In 1978-1979 Madras University includes Micro teaching in the B.Ed Course. Micro reaching is a technique aiming to prepare teacher candidates to the real classroom setting. Micro teaching includes 5 to 6 students from the peer group and end that class in 5to6 minutes and micro teaching needs 2 people observer or coder and time keeper. Micro teaching have eight type of skills, they are
       *Skill of Introduction
       *Skill of Explaining
       *Skill of using Black Board
       *Skill of Questioning
       *Skill of Probing Question
       *Skill of Reinforcement
       *Skill of Stimulus Variation
       *Skill of Achieving Closure 

From micro teaching classes I am able to teach a lesson infront of students without any fear. It gives me more confident to take a class for students. Micro teaching session happened from 28.03.2022 to 01.04.2022.
